I have a Verizon Galaxy SIII SCH-I535 rooted running Jelly Bean 4.1.2. Everything works great, but I'm just wondering some stupid (probably) questions and hoped for some help.

My phone has 2GB of RAM and a 16GB SD card. What I am trying to figure out is the maximum that I can have for RAM and for my SD card(s). Is it possible to go beyond 2GB of RAM for my phone? Also I saw that I might be able to use a 64GB SD card if I have the proper kind of phone (some international model that I don't think that I have). So I assume that I am probably limited to 32GB for an SD card unless there is a hack for it.

Does anyone have any thoughts or insights that might help me out?

Thanks in advance and many thanks for all the help over the years,
UCG

The ram can not be changed. You can use a 64gb card. If you are rooted with SU privileges(which you stated you are) you can install an app which allows you to use the external card to run apps. If you are not rooted apps can not be installed on the card, only you media.
