What's the consensus on how long the standard battery lasts? The more people post their experience, the more accurate estimate we can get.

Just run this handy dandy script

I edited the script to not get rid of kindle, google books, adobe reader and facebook. Which all you'll have to do is instead of running the file, right click it and select edit scroll down to the section where it says remove all bloat and delete the lines of code you want to keep. Wicked easy works great.

Well took phone off charge at 6 30 am, and was down to 15 % at 2 30 pm. Heavy use.

I've been getting 2 days off of mine after drain/charge about 5 times. I don't do a lot of web right now but have been surfing around bookmarking some sites for about 30 minutes in the evening. Mostly just photos, talk, and emailing. It does stay idle for about 4 hours part of the day due to restrictions on use (government job). Still I'm happy with the standard battery.
