Verizon Visual Voicemail refresh problem?

Ever since kitkat update on my Verizon g2, my visual voicemail has trouble connecting to "data" if wifi is on. Has to be refreshed to complete the check for new voicemail. Anyone else see anything like this?
 
Yes and tech support a couple times including a couple VM resets by Verizon. No dice. It's wacked. I'm resigned top wait for the G3 to fix it now. Never had any issues at all with their jellybean voicemail app. Only since the upgrade to KK. Oh well. . . .
 
Did you noticed any pop-up display to show trouble in connecting to data? If so, can you provide screenshots? How often does it happen? ^DT
