AT&T Visual Voicemail

Has anyone with AT&T been able to get Visual Voicemail to work? Mine tries to setup but errors out after I connect to my voicemail.
Sorry if this has been covered already, I tried searching without any luck.

mine works fine. I'm unlocked S24U. are you carrier-branded? are you able to uninstall the app and reinstall it? start fresh, in other words.

I am carrier branded to At&t purchased from Samsung directly though.
I have seen some comments about visual voicemail not compatible with the S24 but it was an older post somewhere.
I will have to try and see about uninstalling it. Thanks

I take it you're AT&T. I have the unlocked S24U on Verizon and can't access visual voice mail. Did you uninstall and reinstall it for it to work for you?

Works fine on AT&T for me (unlocked, bought from Samsung) I did have a "ghost" message that I would get after a reboot. Clearing cache took care of it.

I don't have Samsung's VVM...not available. I have AT&T VVM.

Ah. I see. Verizon uses Samsung's VVM. I will still try to uninstall and reinstall (if it lets me) and see what happens.

Had setup issues when I initially received my S24 Ultra. Called Customer Service, they did a reset on their end and been working since.

Thanks for the comments. I had to call AT&T and they needed to do something on their end to make it work.
