Volume issue

Hey all,

So, I find that, no matter what sort of headphones I use, I can barely hear my music on my Samsung Note III. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Can a part be replaced, for example, an internal component of the headphone jack or something like that?

Thanks! No, the volume seems to only be an issue when playing music

Ok, and sorry for the very basic question, but you're certain the Media volume is turned up (as opposed to the Call and Ringtones volumes)?

Make sure you have the media slider up
