Virus on S4

So this started last night. Anyway I downloaded an apk app to my phone(yes now i regret sideloading apps) After that I restarted my phone. I tried opening twitter and a bit after the phone started heating up and slowing down to the point of it getting stuck in a boot loop(only when the virus restarted the phone by overloading it). It also seemed to disable my google play store, youtube and Superuser. Pls help thx.

How do you know it's a virus? The phone might just be malfunctioning because the system has become unstable from a glitchy or incompatible app. Have you already uninstalled that app? Do the problems persist after uninstalling it?

I cleared the app data of superuser and it seemed to do the trick. Thx. But it seems that it makes youtube and google play still unusable even after removal
