I ordered my phone online through verizons website a long time ago and I've been out of contract for more than a year. The phone has been on it's last legs for months now (droid eris) and while I am impatiently waiting for the galaxy nexus, I've wondered if I can get a better deal on my voice and messaging if I purchased a new phone in store.
My current plan is 450 minutes at $39.99 and 250 texts for $5 a month and wondering if other people have gotten better deals on voice/text from buying in store.
I know I can just call and ask but my current phone has abused me to the point that I'd probably purchase a new device right then and there.
