Adobe Flash 11.0 (Tested & Working)
Hi guys. Attached is a version of Adobe Flash 11.0.1.153 that supports ARMv6 processors. It works on the Optimus S and V, but I've yet to try it on an Optimus Slider. It should work though since they all have ARMv6. Thanks to Jameslepable for the initial find and 4pda for the build.

THIS WORKS at least somehow. YMMV but these results are mine.
Works with root, on Hydro ROM: Yes (Opera Mobile just stopped?)
Works without root: No
Works when rooted: No
Works when Linked2D: ?
It should work with an unrooted device. If you use Link2SD, do not link this app.Last edited by primetechv2; 11-23-2011 at 05:58 PM.

Re: Adobe Flash 11.0 (Tested & Working)
No promises... I think (being the operative word) that if you install this, the stock browser should accept flash. Opera Mobile is being goofy. But I'm still testing.
My activities are going to be put on hold due to trying to recover files off my phone's microSD card as I use it as a modem. Multitasking is a little bit too... tasking... on my phone right now.Last edited by primetechv2; 11-23-2011 at 11:33 PM.

I remember reading back in the flash 10.2 port to arm 6 days that the "adjusted " version of flash didn't play nice with certain browsers. Not sure which browsers but probably worth reading up a little bit. For some reason opera seems like one that didn't work but don't take my word, I'm not fully educated in the nuances.

It should run in the stock browser, dolphin (HD and mini), and any other browser that renders from the phone. Opera, skyfire, puffin, and a few others won't work with it. If this is only working on cooked ROMs, ill post the instructions on how others have got it working on stock ROMs tomorrow.

Re: Adobe Flash 11.0 (Tested & Working)
Having issues again... I restart the phone and it deletes the whole bloody /lib folder from the application's data. This happened before, but I thought it was related to having Link2SD installed. Link2SD is no longer there.

Re: Adobe Flash 11.0 (Tested & Working)
Apologies it took me longer than a day to post this. Been busy as of late.
Here's what other users have reported works for using Flash on a stock ROM. Unfortunately, the lib files are for Flash 10.3 and I don't have time to get them from the current version. So, those of you on stock ROMs will have to settle for 10.3, which is basically the same as 11 but without Adobe settings in the app drawer and a few minor tweaks.
step 1: install original flash player 11.0
step 2: copy lib file to /data/data/com.adobe.flashplayer/lib
step 3: change the permission of all .so file like
step 4: that's all enjoy.シ - 12-05-2011, 08:43 PM #21

Re: Adobe Flash 11.0 (Tested & Working)
Nope flash still doesn't work for me, I did everything as it says used root explorer to change permissions too and rebooted my phone and when I go to sites with flash content it shows a question mark boxed icon... like flash player isn't doing anything I use Dolphin HD.
