help plz stuck in recovery

my brother deleted everything off my sdcard. my flash img recovery img etc. got everything back on it and now its stuck in recovery every time i try to root boot gives me error

E:bad boot message
"recovery"

it is a lgl55c was on aqua rom with cwm based recovery v5.0.2.7
plz help i have tried many things and cant get it going again.

Everyone's phone says that in recovery...

just install a ROM and there ya go

Still won't load kicks me back to the recovery. Any or ideas

I'm having the same problem, only...this is what "I" did.

I was running "Fabulous Stock" Rom on my rooted Optimus Slider.

Everything was fine. Then, was going to sell the phone. So I un-rooted the phone, and clicked >Privacy > Factory Reset

Now, I'm stuck. I can't go anyfurther than the LG logo and then I'm stuck in ClockworkMod



Can someone please help me?
