Ringtone App Needs Complete Access to Phone?

Galaxy III3. Want classic phone ring tones. The ones I am finding on Google Play want complete access to the phone and my contacts? Really for what?

Do you know of an app I can buy with classic phone ring tones that does not need full access to my phone contacts and internet? Thanks

It most likely wants access to your contacts in the event that you want to set the ringtone for a specific contact.

Internet access is usually to retrieve ads.
