I have an oddly specific issue with screen rotation and I'm wondering if it's just my phone or if it's due to Android 10. I didn't have this issue with the app on Android Pie
I have noticed that when I have my screen in portrait orientation, if I tap a notification for an app that forces landscape rotation, the screen will rotate to landscape and the app will begin to launch, but the notification shade doesn't close and the app won't finish loading until I manually close the shade. This only happens when the phone is already unlocked; when tapping the app's notification from the lock screen, everything works as anticipated. If I rotate to landscape and then tap the notification, everything works as expected.
The app I have trouble with is Pop Slots (a Vegas slots app featuring MGM casinos). I don't know if it's app-specific or not though because I don't have any other apps that force landscape orientation AND generate notifications. I'm using a Pixel 3 XL.
Has anyone else seen this issue?
