Problem Using Voice Actions to Send Text Message

When I say "send text to Bill" and Bill is in my contacts list, I thought voice actions was supposed to pull up a text message with Bill's phone number in the "to" field. Instead, it pulls up a text message with "to Bill" in the "message" field.

Does this work properly for anyone on ICS?

It depends on the name. I've tried it with multiple contacts and depending on what name I give the contact name is either in the "to" box or the "message" box. Its something that needs to be fixed with a future update.

On the Bionic I say "text message Bill Jones"
