How to make recent apps screen look like honeycomb 3.0 in landscape mode?

I use android 4.1.2 and i wonder if there is any possibility to have a recent apps screen that ocupies only a half of my display when i'm holding it in landscape mode,like on motorola xoom.

Welcome to AC!

Unfortunately that is a part of the system and no apps will be able to modify that for you. All newer versions of Android use full screen for recent apps
