Browsing the internet I found this video, making a review of a mobile android $ 4. I assumed it was fake and such, but not only works, but the camera does not give much cancer as other mobile 20 times more expensive and has over cables and everything.

The only "negative" I see is that the battery is 1500mAh ... but for $ 4 is really something to complain about? xD
