7" RCA tab wont turn off/ stuck in boot loop.

Anyone know how to shut off a tablet
Tried reset; holding power button; battery is wired straight to circuit board. If I dont charge it will it ultimately power down? Anybody know if Paintastic app has a history? That was what app was running when It crashed.
It is a stock OS-lollipop 5.0.
Also 32gb SD card.

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, your issue likely has more to do with a buggy firmware or faulty hardware, which is not unusual for off-brand/budget devices like yours. You can typically force a shutdown by pressing and holding Power for 15-20 seconds, but if it goes back to a bootloop when you try powering on again, there's not much you can do besides contacting RCA to see if they can help.
