Malware problem

I have an ad window that will pop up whether I'm on my home screen or in an app. I've tried several antivirus/malware apps but nothing is found. What can I do to get this malware off my phone?

Yeah this is caused by a 3rd party app downloaded from the internet. Find it and uninstall it
