Vibrate only mode malfunctioning in Marshmallow

I am trying to leave DND off but keep Vibrate on in my sound profile. The problem is that every time I make a call, the sound profile keeps reverting back to Normal. Any ideas on how to fix this??

I'm all of a sudden having the same problem. Only solution I can find is downloading and using the volume locker app
