Play Store won't update apps since installing Android N. Any fix?

Since installing Android N I can't update apps.

I get error code 495. Clearing cache and data of Play Store and Play services didn't fix it.

Does anyone know how to get updates working again? Thanks.

If clearing those didn't help, try removing your google account and adding it again.
But, most probably you would need to reset your device.

Hmm, I think my downloader app is broken, as I tried downloading the latest Google Play Store apk from a website on my phone and it wouldn't download.

I'll hunt for an apk for the downloader.

If I did reset my phone would I still have Android N running?

Yes, you would land back on Android N itself with all user data removed and settings restored to factory settings.

Also, have you tried just clearing the cache for Download Manager?

I'm just backing up my contacts, pics, etc then I'll bite the bullet and do a reset. :/

I have a Nexus 5x with Android N and my apps update automatically without a problem. Today I was looking for an app and noticed one I have had an update available. I clicked on "update" and it downloaded and installed the update.
