Unfortunately there's nothing we can help with, really. That is a carrier-dependent feature. If the carrier doesn't support it, it won't show up in your phone's Settings. If it does, then the setting is enabled on the phone app's settings. This is something that TracPhone should be confirming for your line: does it support blocking YOUR number?

I think this was your previous post as an unregistered guest: https://forums.androidcentral.com/as...ml#post6321327 (and that was my "invalid" response).

Have you tried dialing *67 before dialing your call to block caller ID? https://ww2.tracfone.com/includes/co...=1534326217077

Hmm, *67 didn't work? It's supposed to be universal: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-bloc...ller-id-577580. Did you dial that first, and then dial the phone number you wanted to call?

Nope. No app will do that as this is 10000000000% carrier-dependent. The phone isn't 'hiding' your number, the carrier should. That being said, there might be an app that can add the aforementioned prefix to every number you dial automatically (like Tasker), but sounds to me that something like that, for obvious security reasons, would require root access.

OP might be looking for a setting to do this automatically.

That's new information to me. I'm don't think there are any apps that can do this, since it's up to the carrier, as SpookDroid said.

Does putting *67 in front of the number before you dial block your number?
