2 things...
1: ok...cold booted my phone this morning, and went to check the weather on the 1weather app, and it said 'cannot get location' or something to that effect...and I had to cycle my location setting to get it to kick in.
a subsequent restart midway through the day and it was doing it again. I returned to it half an hour later and its now able to get location data.
how do I fix that?
2: my 1weather app..for some reason it wont sound the severe weather alert sound effect(it is a side loaded sound file...) and I do not know what to do to make it sound. here's the funny part..the vibrate function DOES go off.
