I'd like an app that I can use to send myself multiple different text messages so that I can track the performance of my text messaging service.
I am experiencing some problems with the text messaging service. I am on Sprint and due to poor signal we have an Airave here. With the Airave on, we sometimes don't receive certain text messages, or they are delayed in being received (sometimes in regular 15-minute intervals) and sometimes we receive duplicates of the same text message (also sometimes in 15-minute intervals). These are known issues that come up with Airaves and also with cell tower problems. This post is about the app that I need, not about solving the broader issue.
So the app I need will allow me to send myself, say, 50 text messages, each with a number included so that I can look at how reliable the service is. Currently I send myself flights of 20 texts, each numbered, so that I can see what % are missing, delayed, or duplicated. I'd like to keep track if the problem is getting better or worse and also use it on different phones that we have.
This would be like a continuous ping test that a technician would use to test an internet connection.
Thanks
