Free App for unique touch up photo editing

A friend and I have developed a photo editor for iOS and we really want to expand our service to Android as well!

Any clues as to how hard this may be? There are ton's of photo editors out the for iOS but just how good are some of the ones people use for Android? Any complaints about them?

it depends, it mostly you must have a good knowledge of JAVA, however the Android SDK isn't that hard to deal with.

Java is the de-facto standard of writing Android though not mandatory. For instance we have the Xamarin. Android "native" controls are in Java. Java is in my opinion the simplest option.
Many mobile apps development services say that the great feature about Android is its accessibility in terms of how to start with easily.
