I don't really like the android app for google play music very much, but I have all of my music on google play music and it's so much easier to stream it. So my question is: Is there a music player that can access my google play music library.

Welcome to Android Central! I suspect that there are no 3rd party players that can directly access the Google Play Music cloud library, but I can't be 100% sure. I couldn't find anything after doing a quick Google search.

I don't think so. All the third party apps can only read what is already on the device.

If you're rooted, you can supposedly use GMusicFS ([APP][4.0+][ROOT][1.0.13] GMusicFS: play cloud Google Music in music players apps - xda-developers) to mount your Google Play music as a filesystem on your device. I haven't done it myself (since all my music is local on my device), but I have talked to people who have.
