Looking for location app that does.....

I need an app that will use the GPS and know where I'm at and notify me on my note/reminders.

Example. I always say to myself, "next time I go to Target I need to get this.." then I go to Target a and forget I wanted something else. I know there is many note apps, and to do apps, but I can't get myself to check my notes all the time, lol.

I there an app like this?

On webOS, there was an app called GeoStrings, that did just what you're asking - trigger a reminder based not on time, but on GPS location. I miss that one, and would be interested in an answer to that as well.
