Music Doctor is an ID3 tag editor that will help you clean up your music library.
The free trial allows you to browse, search and edit your music files one at a time. A small fee of $2 unlocks the full potential of Music Doctor allowing you to edit multiple files at once.

There is a really neat feature called "Clean up" that let's you browse your artists and albums looking for duplicate items that may have small differences to allow you to correct them.
