I was just browsing the internet, when a pop up ad saying I have a virus came up. It was called gpfree002.com or something like that. Anyway, I know clicking it will probably give me a virus, but I can't even click the tabs icon to close it! And there are no options in settings for the default browser... Help me please! I'm on Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge

Go to Settings / Applications (or Apps, depending on your phone), scroll to the browser app, tap on it, and clear data, then force close the app and start over.

It may have been linked to one of the sites you visited - not a virus, but a simple popup ad that wants to sell you a useless anti-virus program.

I've seen similar when browsing certain tumblr sites and such.
