Problem in downloading media file in whats app

[Android Central Question]

Dear All
I am using whatsapp on my android phoneI making backup from my chat and media by whats app to my google drive (1 time in a week)I removed some photos that downloaded by whats app message, to my phone memory gallery When I try download photos in my chats again (That Photos already deleted from my phone) by tapping on them, some times I got below message:"sorry this media file appears to be missing please ask to resend it"
Why I got above message, because I made backup regularly and I think, whatsapp can download from backup?
Could you please help me?

WhatsApp doesn't read backed up data files so the pic needs to be on your device

So, why Whatsapp making huge backup including video, picture and upload to G.Drive?

It is creating backups so if you reset your device for any reason, you can restore your data.

So, could you please let me know, with out reset device, is it possible to uninstall whats app and then install it again? (For Importing backup)
My phone is Galaxy Note 5 and android revision is 7.

Once a day usual my WhatsApp back up , if you do it once a week and something happens you lose anything that's hasn't been back up because it takes 1 week before a back up starts .

But, I want to know, how with out reset device, is it possible to uninstall whats app and then install it again? (For Importing backup)
