Pokémon GO 0.31.0
The only way I can play Pokémon Go is if I get past the loading screen using WiFi. If I turn on Mobile Data and leave the house, it works fine. However, if the game crashes or anything, and I need to get past the loading screen again, I get stuck if I'm on cellular.
Is there some sort of cellular block on my phone? A handful of applications also don't work on cellular (although sometimes they do, very rarely, for some reason), like Snapchat.

EDIT: Oh and I have of course tried the obvious like clearing cache, data and reinstalling the app. Switching roaming off then on again, searched for mobile networks and selecting my operator again, and also the flight mode trick (lol).
