Why can't I send gifs to apple users

I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 through Sprint. Before the big Samsung update in April (the one that updated camera features and added other S20 features), I had no problem sending gifs to everyone. Since the update, everytime I try to send gifs (that I had used many times before) to apple users, sprint sends me a message saying that the receiving service has a size limit for pictures/videos. I have no issues sending to other Android users. Is there a fix for this, or is this my new gifless life?

Cleared data and cache, force stopped. Waited 15 seconds, opened app and tried sending a once usable gif and got the same size limit message

Ok , open message app , tap 3 dots upper right corner>settings >more settings > multi media message is it set to no restrictions?Screenshot_20200507-145242_Messages.jpeg
