No sound when sending video message

[Android Central Question]

When sending a Video message through text the video on my end has sound but the person I send it to does not have sound on the video..What could be the problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Sending videos via MMS is notoriously bad, because the video has to be severely compressed to fit the 1 MB attachment filesize limit. You're better off using a messaging platform that can handle videos better (like Telegram or others, but of course the other person needs to be on it as well), or uploading your video to your Google Photos or YouTube account and sharing the link privately.
