I have been trying to look for a app that compatible with my pixel 4 and chromebook (Lenovo) but I having a hard time . Any assistance is appreciated

If you are looking for a program that has both a computer version and a phone version, you will probably need to be looking at the big-name companies like Adobe, which also means that the computer versions are not free.
