Message icon appears when phone turns on, then disappears

[Android Central Question]

I have a Samsung galaxy a 51, often when I turn the phone on a message icon appears that’s a bubble, and it says you have new messages open your SMS message app. But then when the phone finishes turning on, that disappears. What could this be?

This phone is used as a business line

You using the stock message app ?
Try downloading Nice Catch from galaxy play store see if it tells u anything.
