Galaxy Active S4 text messages out of order

My text messages are coming in out of order. Auto date/time are in place, cache has been cleaned. How do I fix this?

Which cache did you clear -- the messaging app's cache, or the system cache partition?

Yes, it is the stock message app. Never had a problem before.

I will try the system cache partition.

Have you also been using Textra or any other third-party SMS app? Or any kind of SMS back-up app?
