phone frozen on Voice Assistant

phone frozen on Voice assistant unable to close or do anything, I have tried all what I have read on the internet to cancel but its not doing anything. please can you help.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Press and hold Power for about 15 seconds (if it's a Samsung phone, press and hold Power and Vol down) to force a shutdown. Then try rebooting.
