Android Central Question

I have a Plantronics Voyager 5200 headset which I like to keep connected to my phone when at my desk so I can pick it up straight away to answer calls. The issue is that when connected the incoming call ringtone is playing through the headset as well, so I often don't notice an incoming call. The headset has "off ear" detection, so I would kind of hope/expect that the ringtone would play on the phone when my headset is not on-ear, but that seems to be not the case. Would there be any way to achieve this behavior, or simply have it ringtone through the phone all the time?

I use my 5200 all day, I work from from home. I often take it off and when I get phone calls my phone rings as well as my Plantronic. Attached are my settings in the PTL Hub.
The second screen shot are my phone notification settings.
Maybe these will help.
Btw: The on ear sensor doesn't always work properly so turning it off is recommended. There is a way to reset it but that was for the Voyager. Not sure it works the same for the 5200.
