    Coolpad legacy...want to permanently bock numbers and then leaving vm's. I'm sick of seeing call blocked and still getting VM..blocked means blocked...I don't want to see it , hear the damn message...please don't send me on a goose chase...if there's an app (always is$$$) then please give me the best....why can't I get a phone built to MY SPECS...SEEMS LIKE SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET ON THE BUILD YOUR OWN PHONE GIG [email address redacted by Mod] thanks

    Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier do you have? Check with them to see if they offer a way to block numbers at the carrier level.

    If you're rich you can develop and build your own phone, otherwise good luck.

    As to blocking a number completely and preventing a voice mail some carriers can do it.
