What does com.vivo.permissionmanager mean in my Google activity ?

It's exactly what it sounds like, some app possibly called for a new permission and it popped up asking if you wanted to allow it.

Welcome to Android Central! Remember, Google Activity simply shows you when apps pinged your Google account -- this can happen for lots of different reasons, regardless of whether you're actively using an app or not. (E.g., an app might periodically ping your Google account to refresh data in the background.)

The "vivo" in that system app name clearly shows it's a preinstalled system app from Vivo (I'm assuming you have a Vivo phone).

Word of advice -- don't dwell too much on your Google Activity, unless you're looking for something very specific. Unless you know what every single system app is for, it'll just cause you needless anxiety.:)
