-- By '...will not move' that's referring to you cannot start up your phone normally and it's stuck in a boot loop that always ends up on Recovery Mode? Or is it matter where it's just currently in Recovery Mode and you haven't tried restarting your phone?
-- If the latter, try restarting the phone and see if it starts up normally again. If necessary, press and hold the Power button down as long as necessary to force a restart.
-- If the former, when a phone gets stuck in a boot loop that's often due to the installed Android operating system became corrupted bad enough it won't load properly when booting up. Recovery Mode is a maintenance only mode that's a firmware fallback. You use Recovery Mode to do specific maintenance tasks only, or your phone uses it when the operating system isn't usable.
This isn't a likely occurrence, but if you keep your phone in a case, try removing it from the case and see if it reboots normally. To intentionally boot up into Recovery Mode it's a matter of simultaneously holding down specific buttons:

If by chance your phone became shifted out of position the case might inadvertently be pressing on those buttons.
But If the OS is corrupted, you'll need to re-flash an appropriate stock ROM. Flashing a ROM is reinstalling the firmware, not unlike using a Windows Restore disk/media to reinstall a stock image on a PC.
