4.0 allwinner tablet

[Android Central Question]

My play store doesn't offer YouTube and some other apps and I can't download apks

I'm going to assume this is an Allwinner tablet running Android 4.0? A 4" tablet wouldn't be much of a tablet.

Android 4.0 is quite old, to the point that Google is no longer supporting it (or the next 3 or 4 newer versions of Android for that matter) with the current Play Services framework. What does this mean? That device is a paperweight. No current Android apps will run on it.

If my assumption is wrong, please join as a member and correct me. See this link for instructions on how to join Android Central. However, a quick Google search didn't reveal any devices made by that company running any supported version of Android.
