    What exactly is not working perfectly? Are you unable to reach certain sites, or are you getting any specific errors? Have you tried a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox?

    Welcome to Android Central! You need to be more specific First, which browser -- the Samsung Internet browser? Second -- what's the problem? Is it slow? Is it not bringing up web pages correctly (or at all)? Is it crashing and dumping you back to the homescreen?

    The SGH-i727 is the Galaxy S II Skyrocket, which is NINE years old (in tech years, that's about 99). So it's almost certain that the phone's browser (and the rest of the system) is woefully out of date, and can't access much of the web anyway. Get a newer phone.
