I have been using my phone from last one year and suddenly before 2,3 days my phone battery percentage is not showing the correct battery percentage. sometimes it stuck on 100% and sometime it stuck on 1%. So I need solution to solve it.
It could be a bad battery or battery chip, among other things.
If you can, try a Cache Partition wipe.
It may also be worth trying Safe Mode.

It doesn't look like that phone has an option to wipe the cache partition: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/realme/realme-x2-pro/recovery-mode/. You might consider a factory reset instead.
