How to get rid of lines that are coming on my mobile display?

My phone has fell into the water yesterday...after drying it out I turn it on and sent to the shop..and the service got done...and after 2 hours the screen started glitching...so how to solve this problem?

I'd try to have the shop work on it again. If you paid them to resolve the issues as a result of the drowning they should stand behind their work and try again. I'm not sure many shops would have a guarantee on work related to water damage though, as problems could keep coming back.

For what it's worth - I'd consider any phone dropped in water to be a sunk (no pun intended) cost. You could end up spending way more than the cost of a new phone just keeping a previously-wet device working.
