How to disable the rotate button that shows up at the bottom of my android phone

Whenever I'm using my phone in a horizontal way there is a little rotate symbol that pops up at the left hand bottom side of the screen even if the auto rotate feature of the phone is turned off. This causes a lot of nuisance and inconvenience when I mistakenly press it while going to press some other key at that location. For example- when the phone is slightly sideways towards its horizontal side and I'm typing in messages or whatsapp, it senses that the phone is sideways and shows the symbol to rotate the phone, this overlaps on the symbol for using emojis. So very often i end up pressing the rotate symbol instead of the use emoji symbol. This is very frustrating

You cant disable that , but it shouldn't cause that much of a issue it only shows few seconds when rotated
