    Apps like whatsapp, cisco webex, google class room, etc automatically uninstalled from my andriod devices. I was using initially Samsung Tab S3 Andriod Version 9 which was running smooth until issues started in the month of Dec-2020 onward. Hence, i purchased new mobile (Oppo F17, Andriod Version 10) in Feb-2021 and similar issues started in new mobile as well. Even, I did flashing of mobile and tab & changed the internet service provider and router as well but still issue continues. Please advise to fix the issues.

    No. Not using SD card in both the devices.

    Additional Info: apart from apps getting uninstalled automatically, the preinstalled apps / system apps like gmail, play store, chrome are automatically disabled.

    That's strange both devices having same issue, seems like something is on both your device causing this , what type of apps you use ?

But the above mentioned issues are disturbing the online classes, at least 2 or 3 times i am reinstalling it back daily for attending the classes. Some times while using the apps, the device automatically gets switched off, when it's restarted used apps won't be there.

    I Kno you mentioned factory reset , but try factory reset with only those apps installed no back up ?

    To be happening on 2 devices is strange , maybe take it in to repair shop have them look over it and see if they can figure it out .

    Check your Device Care app to see if there's a setting that automatically uninstalls apps that haven't been used for a while.

    Also, these devices are for your own personal use, and not work devices, right?

    I think there something more going on here that probably going need someone to look at in person especially the stuff that was gone over with here .

    You mentioned that the devices are for personal use, but are they also being used for a work account as well? I ask because some companies' IT departments might have increased control over the device if you use it for work.

    No special school account is used.
    Classes are thru Cisco Webex Meeting app. Webex links are shared by school thru WhatsApp. Some time google classroom app is used for assessments. All these apps are logged in using personal Gmail id and hand phone number.
