How to get BOOST Zone on my new device?

Already have phone service with boost mobile but my phone was damaged purchase it from walmart and I can't get boost zone on it, and it says cellular network type unknown I have an Samsung Galaxy A10e

Welcome to Android Central! Was this phone specifically from Boost, or was it unlocked?

I can no longer find Boost Zone on the Play Store -- are you sure it isn't My Boost that you need?
