Enabling S10 for Bluetooth Input/Output Simultaneously

[Android Central Question]

Hi,
I'm currently working with a developer on his app that connects one BT device to take the input, configures that received data and pushes it out for consumption for another device. So basically turning the S10 into a BT Hub for that purpose. Apparently this works on some other android phones but i can't get it to work on the S10. It works as an input device but once i make it visible to the end device, the input stops recording properly - i'm assuming it's getting into a muddle at this point. Any suggestions on how to get this to work?
