Wish they would add it to year old phones like the 25 and fold 7. I don't think there is any reason they can't, software update should fix that.

It's yet another reason to force people to buy new phones. The Pixels support airdrop. If it's available on Android, there's no reason why they shouldn't allow it for all android devices. Except for the money.

I've found sharing with ios via the quickshare "create link" has worked great - I often use it!

I already used it once works well, I think this is huge I never thought we'd see the day android and iPhone share files via air drop

Only thing I don't like about it so far is the iPhone user has to set their iPhone air drop settings to everyone every time.

I only have ONE family member that is still holding onto his iPhone, everyone else has jumped ship to Android. Quick share works all around. LOL!
