What can i do to fix my grey screen on my itablet ?

When i turned it on my screen was grey ..i tried color inversion , color correction , darkmode , accessible and i don't know what to do

Welcome to Android Central! Can you see any image at all, or is it just a blank grey? Which tablet do you have? Have you already tried rebooting, or booting into Safe Mode?
