LG K51 phone not turning, when plugged in it shows a white question mark

Hi good evening my LG K51 phone is not turning on. When it's plugged in it shows a question mark. The charging light is on but it's not turning on. When I started noticing that it wasn't charging earlier, I was able to turn it on but then a message that the temperature was too low and that the charging was paused came up. I tried to charge it for a little bit more but then it turned off. It has been showing the question mark and won't turn on after this. What should I do? My phone has a non-removable battery.

Welcome to Android Central! That sounds like a bad battery. You'd have to bring it to a repair shop to replace it.
