How to take off pin on volume control if you forgot it?

One night I was messing with my mom's phone trying to help her with the ins and I noticed that I setup a pin for her volume for you control and I cannot remember the password how do I take it off or reset it without damaging it or ruin anything on her phone she wants to be able to listen to music on her Bluetooth but she can't turn it up because it keeps asking for a pin
